Our Analysis is generated using advanced artificial intelligence technologies from multiple providers, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The specific AI models used may vary as technology evolves. Our Analysis is based on publicly available information, industry best practices, and automated assessment of your Website's content and structure.

 

We typically deliver your Analysis within the timeframe specified on our website. You will receive an email notification when your Analysis is ready. We may provide ongoing updates, tips, and guidance to help you implement our recommendations and maximise the value of our Service.

 

4. Service Limitations

 

Our Service provides recommendations and insights based on automated AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, our Analysis should be considered advisory in nature and not a guarantee of specific results or outcomes. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in improved search rankings, increased traffic, or other specific business outcomes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

 

5.4 Acceptable Use

 

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms. You must not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our Service beyond your own Analysis reports. You must not resell, redistribute, or commercialise our Analysis without our prior written consent.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Service, including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, trademarks, and documentation, remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service and access your Analysis reports in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your Website and any content you submit to us. By submitting your Website URL for analysis, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, crawl, and analyze your Website solely to provide our Service. We may retain aggregated, anonymized data derived from Website analyses for the purpose of improving our Service, training our AI models, and conducting research. This aggregated data will not identify you or your Website.

 

6.3 Analysis Reports

 

The Analysis reports we provide to you are for your personal or internal business use. You may share reports within your organization and with contractors or consultants working on your Website. You may not publicly redistribute, resell, or commercialize our Analysis reports without our prior written consent.

 

7. Payment Terms

 

7.1 Fees

 

Fees for our Service are as published on our website at the time of your subscription. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

 

7.2 Subscriptions

 

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with thirty days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date.

 

7.3 Cancellation & Refunds

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused analyses. If you cancel, you will retain access to your Analysis reports until the end of your paid period.

 

7.4 Payment Failures

 

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, we may terminate your account.

 

 8. Data Protection & Privacy

 

Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

 

9. Third-Party Services

 

9.1 AI Providers

 

Our Service uses AI technologies from third-party providers including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and Perplexity. When we analyze your Website, content from your Website may be processed by these AI providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We select AI providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards, but we are not responsible for their data processing practices.

 

9.2 Payment Processing

 

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. Your payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

 

9.3 Hosting & Infrastructure

 

Our website is hosted on Wix, and our application is hosted on Vercel. These providers process technical data necessary to deliver our Service, including IP addresses and browser information.

 

9.4 No Liability for Third Parties

 

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Service interruptions or changes to third-party providers may affect our Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant service disruptions.

10. Service Availability

 

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAimMySite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Service, any errors or inaccuracies in our Analysis, your reliance on our recommendations, or any other matter relating to our Service.

 

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.

 

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

 

13.2 By Us

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or use our Service in a manner that harms our business or reputation. We may terminate your account with thirty days' notice for any reason or no reason.

 

13.3 Effect of Termination

 

Upon termination, your right to use our Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request a final copy of your Analysis reports before termination. You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination.

 

14. Modifications

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website or Service. Your continued use of our Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Service and may cancel your subscription.

 

We may also modify, update, or discontinue features of our Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially reduce functionality.

 

15. Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Many disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.

 

16. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoAimMySite regarding our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

 

16.2 Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

16.3 Waiver

 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

 

16.4 Assignment

 

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

 

16.5 No Agency

 

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and GoAimMySite.

Appendix A — Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

​

This DPA supplements the Terms & Conditions. By using our Services, you agree:

1. Roles: You are Controller; GoAimMySite is Processor when handling Personal Data on your behalf.

2. Processing Scope & Purpose: Processing is limited to providing the AI-SEO analysis Services and related support, as described in the Terms.

3. Sub-Processors: Wix, Stripe, Active Campaign, and infrastructure vendors act as authorised Sub-Processors. A current list is available on request. We will notify you of material Sub-Processor changes and allow objections for legitimate data-protection reasons.

4. International Transfers: We use UK IDTA and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for transfers outside the UK/EU.

5. Security Measures: We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, backups).

6. Data Subject Rights: We will assist you in responding to subject access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability requests where applicable.

7. Breach Notification: We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach.

8. Return/Deletion: On termination or request, we will delete or return Personal Data unless retention is required by law.

9. Audit Rights: With reasonable notice, you may audit compliance (no more than annually) or review third-party certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) where available.
