COMING FROM GODADDY

Built your site with GoDaddy? We rebuild your website and run it for you.

Plenty of businesses built their first website with GoDaddy’s builder and have kept it ever since. If it’s time for a site that someone looks after for you, One Site rebuilds it, hosts it and reviews it every fortnight.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

What GoDaddy owners tell us, and what we do about it

“My site was built years ago and it shows.”

We rebuild it on our platform with your content, built fast on purpose and measured by Google every day.

“I want to own my website.”

With One Site you own the code, and you can have your files whenever you ask.

“I don’t have time to work out SEO.”

Every fortnight we check how you show on Google and whether AI assistants name you, and fix what’s in the way.

WHAT WE DO

Hosting and SEO, in one.

We rebuild your website and host it.

A real person sets it up with you. It’s built fast on purpose, and Google measures its speed every day.

Every fortnight we scan it to score your visibility on Google and AI.

We watch the searches that matter for you and report them in your review. You never have to type a keyword.

We fix it. You approve it.

We fix the technical things ourselves and tell you. Anything your visitors can see waits for your approval. New pages and posts come with a preview.

HOW IT WORKS

Every fortnight, four simple steps

  1. 1

An email arrives with the proposal.

  2. 2

    Approve in one tap.

  3. 3

Or ask for a change, in your own words.

  4. 4

You click publish and we apply the change in minutes. We send you the proof.

You approve what your visitors see.Anything can be undone. You own it all.
MOVING FROM GODADDY

What moving involves

  1. 1A call with Steve or Andrew to go through your site and what you rely on.
  2. 2We rebuild your pages and images from your live site using your own words and pictures, and show you the new site.
  3. 3When you approve, we point your domain at the new site. If your domain is with GoDaddy, it can stay there.
  4. 4We leave your email settings alone. If your email comes from GoDaddy, we’ll check it with you before you cancel anything.
  5. 5Once the new site is up, you can cancel your GoDaddy website plan and keep your domain.

We switch only when you approve the new site. Typically a couple of weeks from your call.

What One Site doesn’t replace

Coming from GoDaddy: common questions

Do I have to move my domain away from GoDaddy?

No. Your domain can stay where it is. We only change where it points.

Can you move my GoDaddy online store or appointments?

No. One Site doesn’t include shops, checkout or booking systems. If your business depends on those, One Site isn’t the right fit.

What happens to my current website?

We rebuild it on our platform using your content, show it to you, and switch only when you approve. After that you can cancel your old host or website builder. Your domain stays registered to you.

Who owns the website?

You do. You own the code, and you can have your files whenever you ask.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account. It takes effect at the end of your billing period, when your site closes. Your domain stays yours, and you can ask for your files for 30 days after.
