On One Site, how fast do changes happen?
Your site is reviewed every fortnight automatically. When you ask for a change it’s confirmed the same day automatically, a person replies within 2 business days, and approved changes are live within 7 business days. No same-day promises, no weekend rush — just steady, reliable progress.
What counts as a domain?
One website address (for example yourbusiness.co.uk) and all its pages. Subdomains of the same business count as the same site.
Do you run my clients’ sites for me?
The Agency Software plan gives you the tools for 10 client domains. If you want us to actually run your clients’ sites for them, that’s a separate service — talk to us and we’ll price it for your book of clients.
How does cancellation work?
