Agency questions
How many client sites can we run?
Up to 10 on one Agency plan, all in one account. Add client sites yourself and invite your team. We rebuild and move each site over with you, one at a time, so we plan the order together on a short call.
Who approves the changes on each site?
The account owner gets each review by email, and anyone you add to your team can approve on the site page. Technical fixes are done and reported.
How do we ask for changes?
Any time, in plain English. Requests are answered between reviews, and each fortnightly review carries up to 10 of your requests.
Do you edit our clients’ existing WordPress or Wix sites?
No. We rebuild each site on our platform and host it, then run it from there.
