COMING FROM WORDPRESS

Done with looking after WordPress? We rebuild your website and run it for you.

WordPress can do almost anything, which is why it needs looking after: updates, plugins, hosting, and someone to make changes. One Site rebuilds your site on our platform and runs it for you, with a review every fortnight and nothing for you to update.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

What WordPress owners tell us, and what we do about it

“Something always needs updating, and I worry an update will break it.”

There are no plugins for you to update. We look after the site and fix the technical things ourselves, then tell you what we did.

“Every change means waiting on a developer.”

Ask for a change in your own words, or approve what we suggest in one tap. No tickets, no quotes.

“I paid for SEO once and nothing changed.”

Every fortnight we scan your site for Google and AI visibility, fix what’s in the way and report the searches we watch for you.

WHAT WE DO

Hosting and SEO, in one.

We rebuild your website and host it.

A real person sets it up with you. It’s built fast on purpose, and Google measures its speed every day.

Every fortnight we scan it to score your visibility on Google and AI.

We watch the searches that matter for you and report them in your review. You never have to type a keyword.

We fix it. You approve it.

We fix the technical things ourselves and tell you. Anything your visitors can see waits for your approval. New pages and posts come with a preview.

HOW IT WORKS

Every fortnight, four simple steps

  1. 1

An email arrives with the proposal.

  2. 2

    Approve in one tap.

  3. 3

Or ask for a change, in your own words.

  4. 4

You click publish and we apply the change in minutes. We send you the proof.

You approve what your visitors see.Anything can be undone. You own it all.
MOVING FROM WORDPRESS

What moving involves

  1. 1A call with Steve or Andrew to go through what your site does and which plugins you rely on.
  2. 2We rebuild your pages, posts and images, and show you the new site.
  3. 3Check your email first: if it comes with your WordPress hosting, it needs moving before that hosting is cancelled. We’ll go through it with you.
  4. 4When you approve, we point your domain at the new site. It stays registered to you.
  5. 5Once the new site is up and your email is sorted, you can cancel the old hosting.

We switch only when you approve the new site. Typically a couple of weeks from your call.

What One Site doesn’t replace

If your business depends on any of these, One Site isn’t the right fit:

  • – WooCommerce shops and checkout
  • – Booking and membership plugins
  • – Online courses
  • – Email that came with your hosting

Coming from WordPress: common questions

Do you look after my existing WordPress site?

No. We rebuild it on our platform and run it from there. That’s what takes the updates and plugins off your plate.

My site uses a booking or shop plugin. Can you keep that?

No. One Site doesn’t include shops, checkout or booking systems. If your business depends on those, One Site isn’t the right fit.

What happens to my current website?

We rebuild it on our platform using your content, show it to you, and switch only when you approve. After that you can cancel your old host or website builder. Your domain stays registered to you.

Who owns the website?

You do. You own the code, and you can have your files whenever you ask.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account. It takes effect at the end of your billing period, when your site closes. Your domain stays yours, and you can ask for your files for 30 days after.
